I have a feeling that the kit launch/release date was agreed a good time before any transfer activity. A few new photos and videos might now be hastily needed is a possibility, though.

He’s not our prize asset though, he can’t even get in our team apart from sub, never been a regular starter.

I couldn't have put that any better my self totally agree with this post.

So much depends in the player he turns out to be and right now we aren't in the position do that if we was in the prem would be a different story, we could offer him the wages and send him out on loan to a club to get experience and see what was to come of him.

And as you mentioned he isn't the star player I would be much more worried if we was to sell coutts, fleck, o'conell or even baldock or Freeman for that matter.

No one has said brooks doesn't have the potential to be a amazing player but we also have to weigh into that he could quite possibly turn out to be a massive let down as well. The person that jumps to mind for me especially with thw world cup going off right now is arron Lennon burst onto the scene going to be the next best thing and was going to be this amazing world beater and what ever else got pushing into it with all this type about him and crumbled massively. Brooks could quite easily do the same, I hope he doesn't and it works out for him but people have to see both sides of it especially if the lad has asked for a move out, which is looking likely as wilder has made it open that he is in charge of the incomings and out goings and if he wasn't then he wouldn't be here. So let's all calm down now. Typical melt down on here after the sale of one player who was struggling to get into the first 11 at present time and we are only looking to improve.
