No "WILL HAPPEN".

Employees (my uncle being one) have already been informed that United must lose 20-25% of their operational staff.

If United need to reduce operational costs by 20%, surely they should look at letting staff work reduced hours or a 4 day week rather than making 20% of them redundant?
Do the Ticket Office/Club Shop etc really need to be open from 9AM to 5PM, 5 days a week + Match days?
If everybody knew that the Lane was fully closed every Wednesday except matchdays (for example), fans could work round that when buying tickets/merchandise etc..

Sothall thats far too sensible to be even contemplated :)

No more crude direct football please. I'd take Ozzie Owl as manager if it meant a passing philosophy throughout the club.

Welcome to the Campaign for Real Football, JD. I knew you'd see the light one day.

What size T-Shirt do you want?

Time to  Football.

The two jobs are incomparible. We're a much better carreer proposition for Robins than Barnsley are, regardless of them being a division higher.

That's just what Brian Howard and Boggy thought.
Brian bench warming at Readung and Boggy bench warming at a third division club.

If Robbins is leaving Barnsley then it looks as though he may well be heading across to BDTBL.
Not something I find that inspiring but, "hey, we are where we are."
