If he'd have grown up in Spain or Italy he'd have played in the top division all his career. In England he gets rejected because as a kid because "he's not big enough".

And he would've probably played in a central position all his career.

Fast running out of superlatives to describe his performances week after week. Especially difficult when trying to describe to pig fans and Barnsley fans at work. You sort of get that vacant look from them as if to say I've not really heard of him do he can't be that good

He's involved with almost every good attacking thing we do at my the moment. Seemed to be playing on the right and the left at the same time yesterday. Allows Fleck and Coutts to play simple passes to someone who'll take responsibility for the risky/killer passes. As a 3 they are really impressive

Take yet another bow, you strange looking ginger genius.

He's a joy to watch. Works his nads off and he's got a touch like cotton landing on candy floss.

Kin Awesome the guy is , but he's part of the 3 players in midfield that is the best in the championship , so proud of all the players , the club , Alan and Chris , just hope we can keep it going , and there's no reason we cant with Chris in charge .

CLAM DOWN !!! CLAM DOWN !!

Just watched most of the match again , he was brilliant again, all our good work starts with him most of the time. He's vital to our success on the pitch. Needs to start every game, and when he tires, take him off. As TC has said , probably the best midfield outside the premier league. The three of them have fantastic chemistry on the pitch. No each others game so well.

His assist for the 2nd goal was

Not sure if this is just a spelling mistake or a witty fish based play on words because we were playing Hull.

Yup - it's quite a damning indictment on English football that a player as talented as Duffy only turned pro when he was 24/25, and only seems to have started playing in this central role at the age of 30. He's a joy to watch.

5 assists in 10 starts, would've been 6 if Leon had scored that chance in the first half. Duffy is tied with Coutts for our second best player on WhoScored. He's just so dangerous in that AMC role behind two strikers, with his willingness to take a chance on a killer pass. And his crossing is consistently top class as well.

Have you noticed when, rarely I know but when he missplaces a pass there is a loud audible sigh of disbelief around the ground, not just in disappointment more, that cannot have happened I cannot believe it

Can't wait to see what he does against Burton. He'll be massively up for it. I think he'll score.
