Young goalkeeper Marcus Dewhurst will further his development away from Bramall Lane this season. The England youth international has moved to Guiseley AFC, who play in the National League North, for the rest of the season.

That's a great move for him. Surprised Eastwood is still here, he was playing for Scunny when he was recalled and needs the game time.

Scunthorpe have ditched Paul Hurst which may have scuppered that. May be the case that having let Eastwood have some league experience getting Dewhurst a loan out was more of a priority. That or Moore’s not fully recovered still.

Marcus makes Carlisle switch

Young goalkeeper Marcus Dewhurst has re-joined Carlisle United on a temporary basis until January 2021. The 19-year-old stopper had previously joined the Cumbrians on-loan on deadline day last January, but didn't make a competitive appearance prior to the early curtailment of the League Two campaign
