Fuck you Gray - he was brilliant today. Goal 2 was out of this world. But I still think coming on at his age with 20 mins to go is his time - for example Swillsborough - but overall I think Brooks’ competition has taken Duff to the next level. I’m really pissed, but tonight I have realised that Tufty Wilder is more than special for us. He is unique in getting more out of average players because they love him.

This is not about Duff, or JOC , or Bash, or Billy.... this is about Tufty.

HE IS MORE THAN FUCKING SPECIAL.

Leon was the star today. He is a sulky, fantastic bastard with a HUGE heart and Tufty saw that when nobody else did.

Imagine TC and Woody with Tufty up their arse and we would be Manure now.

He's down to earth and simply says it as it is and we wouldn't want him any other way.

He’s now getting credit for his achievements, not just with us but the way he’s worked his way us the leagues.

I didn’t give him the recognition when we appointed him, just thought it was all about him being a blade but in hindsight that was just a bonus.

Hope we can match his ambitions because he’ll go right to the top. He’s the sort of manager England have been screaming out for, passionate and quality.
