Not saying get shut of Adkins , although his David Brent like interviews are starting to grind, but just an observation a lot of blades are saying get the old blades ways back ie passion , commitment , run thru the brick wall mentality and if we do go down that road then IMO the perfect man for the job is Chris Wilder doing a fantastic job at Northampton did a good job at Oxford I believe his success has come at the wrong time for us because I think someone higher up the ladder will come in for him in the not too distant future and we will have missed the boat

Neil Warnock.

Thought I'd throw it in here as early as possible, as inevitably his name would crop up regardless...

Joseph Beckett Wostinholm.

Let's just get Ricky Gervais in.

His interviews would be fucking hilarious.

Then everyone would be happy.

Same people annoyed that Wilson didn't wave his arms around enough no doubt.

Clough was a miserable, petty sod, Warnock used to criticise the referees, Blackwell was confrontational, Weir was depressed....

People have been moaning about interviews since time began. It's never ending!

The trick is to do all interviews with a heavy Spanish/Latino accent, so no one understands you. Works for most PL managers.

Chris Wilder?

From Bradway FC to the Blades...maybe...not sure his teams play 'the old Blades way' mind...

Would not be surprised if Brian Deane was manger here within the next 18 months, if we aren't auto contenders by Xmas Adkins will probably be gone and the board will be looking to keep the natives quiet.

Whilst Adkins has been far from dazzling. He needs time. 2-3 seasons...

However, that said, he needs to pull his fucking finger out as so far he's been absolutely shite. 3-4 proper performances all season has been far from convincing.

He simply has to clear out properly in the summer... Starting with the first teamers, not just former academy fringe players.

Danny Wilson's were quite honest if I recall.

There is no way he or anyone will be given that long at this club while it remains at this level.

Adkins will , if only for the reason we cannot afford to sack him and his back room staff. This madness of sacking managers and causing a high turn over of football staff and subsequent players has to stop . It's the main reason we are in the shit being league 1 .

UTB.

I agree we should stick with him but if we are around 8th and 10-15 points off auto next December you know what will happen.
