I am so proud of our boys....no matter what other clubs fans say, we deserved the win against Palace.
I’m tired of opposing fans whining about not playing well... we beat Palace with a TEAM performance.
Forget the prima donnas at ‘bigger’ clubs whose only definition of success is simply xxxk pounds per week. Kudos to Norwood, Egen, O’Connell et al..... for investing wholeheartedly in our SUFC mantra of ‘its the TEAM that wins games....”.
And while I was sad to see Fleck depart, what a performance by Luke Freeman.
To the toil that went before us in the last 12 years, to the journeymen who became EPL players for the sheer enjoyment of playing football at the highest level in the world, I salute you one and all.
I was recently back in Sheffield and my bro got every SUFC first team player to autograph the team photo which is so proudly displayed in my home in Northest Ohio.
What a team, what a manager, and what a club.
This is my club, my memories of the bad dark days and the now sunny and heady days of EPL.
I wouldn’t swap my team for any other team
