ive read this and a host of other reports, all saying basically the same thing.

What they all seem to neglect stating is that the arbitration panel CAN'T reinstate us to the prem. There job is to listen to both sides and rule wether or not the original verdit was correct or not. At that point the prem will decide what action should be taken based on the arbitrations verdict.

So all we will find out today is the verdict from the arbitration panel.

All in all we wont be reinstated, simply because even if the verdict is that WHU should have been deducted points, and that ugly shouldnt have been playing, and as such a massive points deduction should have been implimented, this all means that a second hearing should take place to establish a result. IMHO they arent going to do this anytime in the next few weeks and so by the time its dont the season will have started so no reinstatment.

Personally I'm not bothered about being reinstated. I will be quite happy with a nice pot of money, which we can spend to strengthen the squad, have a good successful season and finish in top spot, reaping the benefits of the championship title Money.

If we start in the Premiership we could end up with a very short pre-season, be ill-prepared, and maybe even have more of an inferiority complex than last season!
If we start in the Championship we would be all fired up, spurred on by our injustices, and ready to thrash anything put in front of us.

I'd just like the PL to admit they were wrong!

If the PL offer a fiscal recompense, they're tacitly admitting that they were wrong in the first place. I can only see us getting money out of them through the courts.
