Fancy going to London Road to watch the match, any recommendations on one. Any with a big screen?

Did a search as Im sure this as been asked before but couldn't find anything.

The Clubhouse, Barry's Bar, The Barrel, Golden Lion and The Cricks all have Sky in that area.

The Clubhouse has a big screen I think.

Cheers , Normally watch sky at home but fancy an afternoon out for a change.

Are you sure about Barry's and Cricks? Racing channels yes at Barry's! Didn't think it had the football though Barry doesn't seem to promote it towards football fan custom! Cricks got rid of Sky last season only been in once this season can't remember if they'd got it again. For watching football on London Rd Clubhouse is by far the best bet for me.

Think the Railway opposite BDTBL has Sky? (someone might be able to confirm), good beers as well.

Surely the sportsbar (old pomona) on eccy Rd is a good option, it's only 100yrd away and usually a good atmosphere in there.

That's the one fella, had a mind fuck moment then!!

Went to the barrel to watch the Wednesday play off final and immediately left. Some right nob heads in.

I'll be in champs if anyone wants to say hello

Just look for the 6 foot beckham lookalike with a load of fit birds with him

I'll be sat on the table next to them, on my own ,nursing half a pint.

Yeah Barry's definitely has full package mate and Malc put in back in The Cricks about 3 weeks ago. He's opening Sunday's to see how it goes.

Just got BT in The Railway mate as has The Sheaf. Nice pints in there though but doesn't help if you want to watch the game

I remember that dirty fat cunt who worked behind the bar bleaching the shit house and then serving ale without washing his hands.

Or what about the day they forgot to pay the brewery bill and instead of serving draught, they was filling pint pots up with cans of Smoothflow at draught prices.

Think me n the lad might watch it in the Crown in Killamarsh, he's abit young for town at 10.

Lots of pubs in town won't show it. They don't want the hassle of rival fans watching.

Yes just walked past Cricks and seen the Sky Sports sign. Good news cos I had a tendency to nip in for a late pint rather than see the start of the dross. It's ok if you can watch a bit of Jeff but once last season they had show jumping on!
