Its already open judge ,but we are going to wait until the end of the month so it gives all the other teams chance to cherry pick all the quality loan bargains available.

I'm guessing that the loan targets are identified ( and hopefully agreements in principle ) and the intent is to loan and then buy them in January otherwise there is no logic to what NC is saying i.e we have as many games coming up over xmas as we do now (six of one, half a dozen of the other) and, as you say, loan bargains would be cherrypicked if we wait.
