I wonder of Holmes will be back in January. Woodburn doesn't look like an alternative when Duffy is off it, tired or injured

Ricky Holmes didn’t either in the 4+ months he had last season, regardless of how well he’s doing at a lower standard. Let’s perhaps give Woodburn a little more than two months and a handful of sub appearances before we rule him out?

Think we need better than him.

Still time for Woodburn to step up, if he doesn’t though then that will be a position we need to strengthen in January. Luke Freeman hopefully.

This lad knows something about the Scottish international set up...

" head and shoulders a better prospect than Harvie at Ayr who has just had a call up. Scottish parents. Maybe playing for Sheffield Utd means it won’t happen."

Can’t you just put them all on the same page with one link? Just a thought.

I will try that in future. It's just that it would be a huge read and some people don't care about certain players out on loan so this way I give them the option to look at who they want. Would certainly be easier for me to do it on one page though.

Ty Smith is never going to compete with 6ft 4” defenders. He is a mobile get in behind striker who in the right set up will score a hat full. 2nd top scorer in the National League.

Great feedback for Callum Semple. To come back after a year out and smash it is fantastic for the lad. Noticed he has played 14 full games so far.

All on the same page Roy but just Hyperlink to the bookmark for the respective player.

Good reviews for some of the younger lads. Sounds like Evans is doing well, which is good as we will probably need him back in January.

It shows the importance of the lads getting game time. Smith and Semple have taken their chance and are seen as part of the 1st team every week. They have both embraced the opportunity and are developing in tough competitive games and winning over the fans. Just as an aside Naismith the Queens manager in a press report not only praised Callum Semple but also the United Academy set up. Would be surprised if we don't make more use of Queens in the future. Expect it's the same with Smith at Barrow.

Aye, toughen em up a bit by sending them up north.

RND’s joined Smith at Barrow so it does look like we’re developing a good relationship with them.

Evans still looking good - a lot of fans might be getting nervous he could come back here and make them look foolish; fingers crossed one way or another eh guys?............only Brexit divides us more.

Great read Roy, cheers.

Holmes has played well for Oxford, skilful as ever but even at that level he looks pretty slow and I think that's why Wilder got rid of him.

Be great to see a couple of the youngsters push on and come back in a year's time pressing for the first team. However it's a hard road as illustrated by Whiteman who never looked likely to make it here but is an integral part of a top 6 division one side.

Both our starting strikers scored on Saturday mate. Wouldn’t worry about it.

But after the 2 starters, leon is struggling, I personally feel Evans would score just as many as Washington. January could be very interesting if Washington hasn't found his feet by then

So zero then.

Badly worded adebo!
I'm sure Evans will score more than Washington even if he only gets 5 (from January). I'm hoping Washington gets it together but from the little I've seen so far -good job it wasn't a long contract. Problem with Evans now seems to be he's more poacher than anything else but the Fleetwood fans have a lot of good words about his defensive work too so he'll be an option for January. I hope we don't persevere with Washington at Evans expense because small though it may be we'll need all the improvement we can get to keep us in the top 6.

Great work Roy. Good to see Heneghan get some game time - not that he'll probably ever play for us again but pleased he's getting some matches.

The younger lads and Ched naturally take the focus because they hopefully have a future here. Great to hear how well Semple is doing. I'm sure he'll be wanted on loan for a higher level next season if we want to loan him out again.

Hopefully Norrington-Davies rips it up at that level and can challenge Stevens next season for the LWB slot.

Semple back in January so will be interesting as to what happens next.
With making a name for himself in Scotland he may go to the Scottish Prem for 6 months.
If we give him a new contract he may stay where he is all season !!

I had high hopes for Thomas but I would like to know WTF is going on with this lad. If he can't shine for a team propping up the entire league !

Be interesting to see how many start today's games. Will Tyler Smith score again and will Callum Semple experience playing mens football in the snow at Inverness?
