also after playing walsall away it must get easier as we,ll have played all the top clubs away

Barnyblade, why do you persist with the glass half empty attitude?
I will really be pleased for you when you make your first positive post on this forum.

Just try one and see how it feels, give it a couple of minutes and then edit it to your hearts desire...

Enjoy :)

Yeah......wait til they all come to the Lane, then we'll show 'em  ;)

We'll always be bickering, can't even agree (even broadly) on this.

We're ranging from 4th to 17th (with everything in between bar 11th or 12th) o_O

7th at best - we are not working hard enough for anything more and we concede the first goal in a game far too easily

We'll get turned over on Saturday at the Bescot - not beaten anybody who is above us in the league so far this season - that tells a story in itself
When Brayford comes back he will need as many games as Coutts or Hammond to get match fit enough to make any contribution worth the name.
Now, Bray is the last one of the wounded to come back and I'm not convinced he is going to make that much of a difference to be honest.
If he had a decent winger to work with from full back then fine - but there is absolutely no quality in front of him.
If you're pinning your hopes for the rest of this season on the return of The Beard then you'll be very disappointed.

I guessing come fa cup 3rd rd. we might be 7th/8th still, with about 39pts from 25 games. (But then I also predicted west ham & Leicester to finish 19th & 20th pre season :D)

Which if are in that situation or worse we really in deep stuff This season Because I tried to do maths which is better than my footballing predictions haha. just to get 4th come may & scrape a home advantage in playoffs, we would have to do the equivalent of getting over 100ish in a 46 game season. Which I doubt this inconsistent team is capable off

We play 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 12th, 19th and 23rd, that's not the easiest of runs, factoring in 23rd being Barnsley which won't be a gimme. 12th

Guess our League position on the 1st January...

I'll go first with. 4th

I think we will surprise a few in December and have a good run through the harder looking games.

A monkey glances up and sees a banana, and that's as far as he looks. A visionary looks up and sees the moon.” I look up at the league table and see another season in league 1, I say 10th

15th

Be glad when we get a win and can play hide the sausage
