Yep claimed a couple of crosses into the box as well instead of flapping at it. That might just give him a bit of confidence but that save at 1-1 was vital.

I thought he was alright, one dodgy attempted clearance and a weird save for the blocked shot in the first half. Apart from that he was fine and as you say made a couple of good saves. Much better than vs WBA but under a lot less pressure.

the one and one was a decent save but the forward has had a nightmare. Just seen our first goal and their keper won't be sleeping tonight

If our coaches can build flapper Ramsdale up after his bad start last season then surely they will be able to do something with Verrips
