Can decide whether that's your impression of
a) Ali G
b) Richard Madeley
c) Maidenhead
oi,behave.

It's a good job I'm a happy go lucky (clapper) social sort of a guy or you could be in big trouble with remarks like that!

Having said that, I can't really picture you in anything big ;)

Not sure fella, It’ll be a very grainy picture on the iPad through BT sport (that’s if I can get it at all), tried to watch previous games this way and it was like rubbing your balls with a cheese grater whilst drizzling them in lemon juice!
Main sports channels here are J-Sport which show Premier League, Bundes Liga etc. I get those sports channels in the apartment but the FA cup games are only on FOX Japan or Fuji Sports, which nobody seems to have.
It might have to be sitting at home with a few cans, listening to Blades Player commentary and checking the shoutbox, which is always at least 2-3 mins ahead
So in conclusion… not sure, probably at home J
Thats a bobar way to see us to wembley shitias waspus!:)

It's always been my view that saying "less" rather than "fewer" in this context is Sheffield dialect. When I was growing up on t'Arbourthorne*, no-one ever said "fewer".

Hence those who insist on "fewer" are, in fact, Metropolitan snobs.

* Inverted snobbery warning.

I agree with that Darren. "Fewer" just doesn't sound right, even though it is.

Posh buggers :p

It might be dialect if it wasn't so ubiquitous.

Officially over 33,000, but with restrictions, sanctions, segregation and the like were probably nearer 30-31,000

Genuine question - are there any fixtures where we could actually have an attendance that meets our ground capacity, or is the capacity just a load of rubbish given the restrictions/segregations that would be in place on the event of a large crowd?

Good question. I used to manage a nightclub in Sheffield and the same reasoning that you've addressed was applied there with the council's health and safety people. No idea what United's actual limit is with regard to your question, or whether United, inspite of their public pronouncements, make a serious effort to ensure that numbers are kept below the attendance limit.

It looks like there'll be approximately thirty thousand in attendance on Sunday, which, even with the prize of a semi-final at Wembley, is still pretty amazing considering we're a Division 1 club.

Official capacity is 32, 702. Highest attendance in the PL was 32.604 - not sure who that was against. Man U perhaps? Attendances are lower against the pigs due to segregation issues.

I suppose they have to state the total capacity, but no I doubt we'd ever be able to sell out properly.

Read on the os that there were 350 tickets left, but it mentioned something call "seat kills for Tv" presumably that's where we lose a number of seats for tv cameras etc?

fewer gets less votes
less votes for fewer

whichever way less is more, if you get the drift
so its the leserer of the two evils
