never said we were angels and if following Leeds for near on 40 years makes me a young one, cheers pal !!! :)
It makes you too young to have seen the shitty Leeds team that you all idolise and the rest of the world despise.

Any comment on Kalvin Phillips challenge last year that went way beyond a bit of shirt pulling?

Never witnessed it live Bremner and co but every team in the 60s 70s were full of blood and guts, under Dave Bassett you weren't exactly angels, can't comment before that as not seen your team of the 60s 70s.
You can't tackle now a days so yes pulling a shirt is basically a red card if you keep doing it all day.

Think we heard something similar when WBA came to Elland road, Dwight Gayle this and best front three in the championship blah blah blah!!
So mucher sweeter when that 4th goal goes in!! :):)
That was rallying cry to Blades fans on a Blades forum not for ears/eyes of interlopers.

The irony of Leeds fans calling us dirty is incredible. The leg breaker by Philips last year before he was allowed to stay on and score the equaliser was horrific, a few short pulls and they’re all crying.

Hadn’t he already scored at that point? But either way it was a leg breaker, and he’s done similar since.

Remind me, but I seem to think that your manager at the same time was Howard 'long ball' Wilkinson.

Your team of angels in the early 1990s included Vinnie Jones, Chris Fairclough, Chris Whyte, Mel Sterland, David Batty, Chris Kamarra, Lee Chapman and John Pearson all very adept at dishing it out.

You also had Strachan and McAllister refereeing the games and ignoring the bloke with the whistle.

Cheating-seat smashing-bribing-dirty bastards - you will forever be DirtyLeeds.

Wasnt it the leeds game where McGoldrick and Enda both should have walked first half and got away with it?? No point arguing lads, chat after the game! Both teams put their boot in (as much as you can these days), both teams crowd the ref, both teams roll around a bit, its modern football, not restricted to one team or the other. All that said, i really do hate Leeds United! Like Pig fans on speed!

I remember saying to myself “that cunt shouldn’t even be on the pitch”. Might be wrong though. I tried to find the video of the incident when my Leeds mates were texting me after the game this season and calling us ‘dirty’ but could find it.

You see all this restores my faith in all being right with the world, couldn’t cope with all this love in with the Dirties thought I was in a parallel universe.

Don’t really do hate in football as such but for me (not everyone I get that) Beeston United are about on a par with the rustbucket dwellers in S6 in terms of teams I enjoy seeing fail.

We may or may not get a result tomorrow and grudgingly I have to agree they play good football when they’re on it but personally would happily see them implode and lose in the playoffs to (almost) anyone. I have no feelings either way really for Norwich they’re too far away and I don’t know any of their fans.

"Put the boot in" I'll accept (although we're far from overly combative), but crowd the ref and roll around? Under Wilder? Can you provide some examples?

I know I'm going to be biased, but it's just not something I really think we do, and (coincidentally) it was something Wilder mentioned he didn't encourage in the press conference at Leeds last season (trying to get opposition players booked)

Fleck did a recent one against Middlesborough, had a look up, saw the card wasnt coming out and jumped back up. It happens several times a game with players from both sides. Baldock rolled around saturday (dont get me wrong the tackle was a shocker) but he didnt even need treatment but at first it seemed his leg must have come off! Billy and Duffy also arent afraid to have a roll on the floor. Its not a criticism of them, its modern football. As for crowding the ref, it happens again often in a match, not all 11 but fleck and Norwood and when playing often as a three get in and around the ref, Billy too is good at getting in there. This again not a criticism as you have to do it in this day and age and id be more concerned if we didnt. Cant think of a specific example but watch tomorrow and we'll be aroind the ref plenty, just not in an overtly aggressive way

If you click on the block there will be one seat left or something like that. Tickets for games at Elland road aren't even going to General public now, members only. Millwall game was sold out in 17 minutes. tickets are like rocking horse shit.

We are nervous because of the hype, it didn't go down to well when we played Norwich at Home although we are in better form now and after an horrendous injury list all season we are starting to see our main players come back, only Forshaw and Roofe left in the treatment room now.
should have a full bill of health for the Millwall game just in time for the run in, if you lads don't kick us upside down like at Bramall Lane.

Used to be 40k but we put boxes into our main stand some years ago bringing it down, apparently we are going to take the boxes out of the south stand our most vocal part of the ground and replace it with another 2k seats.
Kick you upside down ,seen a few comments from Leeds fans like this
I think you will find that you're players are diving twats who spend more time trying to get players booked than winning challenges

We are not a dirty side ,unlike that cunt Phillips who perpetrated at least one leg breaking challenge on our players, might be 2

Ah yes, as McGoldrick went for the ball here... a clear dive ey?

You going to show us a video of the Kalvin Phillips one to show how well balanced you are?

No I thought not.

Funny how all the dirties on here conveniently avoid that.

I was replying to a comment which stated that Leeds players all dive. I don't doubt that the Phillips tackle was a bad one.

It's weird how Sheff Utd fans can act holier than thou when there is clear evidence of you being dirty.

I don't think anybody is acting holier than thou here pal. It just there are remarks insinuating we are a dirty side which isn't true.

Let’s be honest. There’s few bigger divers in the championship than Alioski. He’s proven time and again this season that you only have to breathe on him to send him sprawling on the floor clutching an imaginary hurt part of his body. Championship cheat of the season. Makes Dwight Gayle look like an angel

After 37 league games.

Cards given against Leeds United: 70.

Cards given against Sheffield United: 69.

Very even. I do think we were a bit lucky to keep eleven players in the first game, but you had the rest of the luck so swings and roundabouts. Leeds, however, have commited the most fouls. Neither team could be classed as a dirty side.

Was good to see how pumped the lads looked after the game on Tuesday night at the lane (the lads except Madine, idiot) getting everyone in high hopes for the Leeds game !! Think we're all definitely ready for it - and so are they - should be a great game cant wait

A club who’s most successful managers include Bassett and Warnock lecturing on which team is dirtiest is interesting

They’ve only come to see the Blades
Aye, like we only came to see Bolton, WBA, Derby, Swansea, Norwich etc etc, you get the picture.

Not taking the piss here, but I was shocked at your crowd for the Brentford game, pushing for autos under Wilder, should be sold out every game now surely?

Two clubs in this city, but agree. I do ‘expect’ another few thousand for those types of midweek games now.

Brentford brought about 200 and of course SYP feel a need to always have 3,000 seats netted-off in case someone sneezes. So that’s a max of about 28,000 that could have been there.

We are a two club city and under the shit circumstances over quite a few years what we had to endure, both sheffield clubs have excellent support.
Unfortunately, there are only a few clubs bring support to ours and red button, unemployment etc is having an effect for most.
Your crowds drop like a stone for a one club big city when you aren’t doing well so go and take your high and mighty pretentious thoughts back to your little rat hole where you live.
