Preston fans loved him, and are gutted they haven't signed him. I think he'll do well.

Except for Monty who runs more miles in a game than anyone else in the division - and often Sqinny too - and Brownie when he was with us - and Curtis Woodhouse - and to be honest a thousand others who have run their hearts out for us over the years. It's not effort we've ever lacked, it's craft and guile. Not really bothered about this guy's engine - whats his brain like??

I meant box to box as in somebody who can do it in both areas for what feels like 50 years, as in, since Brown.

Not saying he'll be as good as Brown, but he can attack and defend which the rest of our midfield can't do. Very good partner for Monty in my opinion.
