Thought I would post this up as I was thinking of going to this next week and I've just picked up that there is a planned tube strike on Tuesday 25th unless an agreement is reached beforehand. If this happens it will make getting to the match a right pain in the derriere.

If it's a bus you're trying to park, you could always put it in front of the United goal.

When we went for the FA cup game a lot of the parking restrictions within a mile or so of the ground seemed to lift after 6.30pm. Going to try and get there around that time again and hit on one of the roads where you can park after that time.

They were a bus-stop in Chelsea.

It can be gettable to via London Overground, unless they're on strike too.

I think there's a tube strike most days, or it feels like it by how often it's the main item on the national news despite 90% of the country not giving a toss.

Yes. There was. I recall it was due to start late on the evening of the game, but as the game went to extra time, I wasn't sure the tube would still be running. I walked from the ground to my cheapo hotel in Earls Court and got soaked in the process. Strike was definitely on the following day and I ended up walking from Earls Court to Kings Cross
