The Board MUST appoint the right Manager soon. We are rudderless and the players need discipline and a short to medium-term strategy.
Someone HAS to step forward and lead the club. Someone HAS to motivate and start to implement a plan for next season.
If we continue with this temporary management in place for the remainder of the season, the whole situation is going to be irretrievable by the end of the season in my opinion. I thought we'd be ok until the end of the season but today has proven that these 'delicate little flower' players cannot perform without the discipline of a leader standing over them.
Please, SUFC Board....do it soon. Get the right bloke in. Not some 'no-mark' or 'nice guy'. Someone respected. A leader!
Wilder has gone. Like it, don't like it, but for God's sake..accept it. He's gone and he's not coming back. Thank him or curse him, we must move on together... NOW! Great things have happened over the last 4 years. Terrible things have happened over the previous 12 months. The blame culture is settling in and it has to be arrested straight away.
Decisions have to made positively and quickly. If they aren't we'll be a laughing stock over the next few years. We don't deserve that.
Bettis, Prince Abdullah......whoever....GET IT DONE NOW!! If you don't, we'll all be very sorry for a long time to come.
