I think he will come on with longer to go..and get more than his usual 5/10 min

I suspect the side that started against Posh is the first choice and any changes right now will be when forced. I doubt any manager, on the back of five wins and two draws, is likely to think "I best drop someone for an untested, half-fit, younger player".

Lavery will almost certainly get some game time with Sharp or Done coming off in the second half. Which one that is will be based on the flow of the game. Might even put him out wide but my guess is Chapman is slightly favoured there.

They'll all get chances, but it's very hard to show you're better than established players on the training ground alone. That means he has to either wait for an injury/suspension or show something extra in the sub appearances.

Who gets dropped ?...if anyone who would it be ?

Done. Not on Saturday, but hopefully not long after.

It's getting a bit tiresome watching two strikers who can't worry defences physically or with the ball at their feet. I'd also consider bringing in Clarke for Sharp if he doesn't improve. Our attacking dynamic could change completely. It's certainly good to have these options. I'd also throw in Chapman as one who can play up front.

Be interesting to see how we play, or rather how Port Vale play, seeing as they are (in the main) a team of unknown Europeans, who came for free, and seem to have "gelled" pretty quickly

It's a little harsh on Done, but you're right: we don't have someone to physically test or run at defenders.

Done's quick until he has the ball.

The least Done has to think the better the end product is from him

Lavery can only be an impact player if the form of Sharp and Done carries on. Bigger question is who is dropped when Clarke comes back...Normally i'd say don't change a winning side but we paid 'big money' for Clarke and can't see him sitting on bench...
