Leicester... If ever there was a time to beat them... it’s now! Poor form, players out, fans going into meltdown with regard to Rodgers... and they will be nervous about losing out on a CL spot.

Everton... back at home to beat a team that’s been very average all season!

Saints... this is going to be a tough one. They had a very poor run Sept-Nov (apart from beating us) which was quite surprising considering how well they finished last season. Despite that they’re sitting comfortably in the league and looked worth every penny for the draw at Old Trafford. They have a few players that I’d love to see in Sheff U shirt. They’re a good team playing well.

No game is easy. Every game is a cup final. 4 points could be enough to secure 7th. However if Spurs do win 2 games they have a better goal difference. 6 points you would think would be more than enough. 9 points... well that’s just the stuff dreams are made of! UTB

It's possible that we could not lose against Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal in the league this season but end up losing twice against Newcastle and Southampton 😂

Newcastle cut deep! Can’t believe we lost twice to 3 teams only. Liverpool and City fair enough... but fooking Newcastle!
Mate at work actually didn’t give me too much grief about it to be fair.

Southampton away last game of 2007/8 season. Needed win and results to reach play offs. Lost 2-3.

Shame about empty grounds. Wanted to see DCL and would like to think he'd get a good Blades reception.

There is no better time to play Leicester City.

We did ok against them at our place, except for Basham going on a mazy run, Perez picking his pocket, Twat Maddison playing a worldy pass and Twat Vardy to score and then young Barnes hitting the best ever half volley he'll ever hit in his entire career to get the 2nd. (edit: from what SHOULD have been a free kick for Soyoncu climbing to win the header)

They are in disarray after the restart - injury hit, lack of form and no fucking CLACKERS allowed !

If we approach the game the way we have the past 4 games then we have an excellent chance to get something.

Leicester City will be shitting bricks now about totally missing out on CL football which will add extra pressure on them. Sheff U, Spurs and Man U are a tough run of games for them.

They will be more worried than us - they have much more to lose than us, and the simple fact is at this moment in time - our form is a little bit better than them

AS for Everton and Southampton - one game at a time for me.

We beat Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs but lost to Southampton in Sept 1973 and lost to Newcastle in Dec 1973

In the first 12 matches of the 1971/72 season we played

Southampton, Everton, Arsenal, Spurs, Leicester, Chelsea, Man Utd.

We didn't do too bad.

Being realistic, 5 points from those games would be an acceptable if not mind blowing return.

Leicester depends on how they respond to getting pumped by Bournemouth, if we get into the sort of quick lead that we did against Chelsea then we could do the same to them but if they start dictating, they've got enough match winners to punish us.

Everton, disappointed if we get nothing from that game, they've spent such ridiculous amounts of money over the past few years for no reward whatsoever. Took a long while for DCL to come good but as for the others, they might as well have taken a van full of £50s and dumped it in the Mersey. Pickford's always good for dropping a bollock too.

Southampton when they're on song have the potential to be a top half team, if ourselves and Burnley can then there's no reason why with the players they've got they can't do the same. Will be tough
