I wonder if they might be back there in a few weeks time? Fuck me, do these boys deserve it. This is the best promotion in my lifetime. Look at the money we’ve spent, but it’s not always about money. It’s about togetherness, passion, will to win and never giving up. I got quite emotional at the end. Everybody so happy, life can be a bit crap at times but times like this is what’s it’s all about, feeling proud of our club.
To all the boys wherever they may go, you fucking deserve it and then some. Thank you Chris, Alan and the lads. Ive never felt prouder of my team than how I feel tonight. Plus I live in Hillsborough so I can take the piss a little bit!
