Scores for Charlton, doing the business for them according to a Charlton supporting mate. With our striker crisis could we recall him or have we done a Billy and omitted the recall clause again?

I had high hopes for Kyel Reid when he came. Wish he got a proper go.

Good for him, apparently he had some problems settling in Sheffield and had some personal problems, hence the loan back home.

I'd like to see him given a go next season

Why do people do this ?

Listen ... a few years back I played football at a certain level and was generally regarded as being a bit shite,so I stepped down a level or two and was banging in goal after goal everyweek and was persuaded that I should try at a higher level and guess what ... I was shite and could`nt cut it .

Football is like that ,some players are good at one level and not at another .I only saw the kid a couple of times and the one occasion he looked owt like was against Port Vale in the league cup early season ,the one game I remember him playing in the league he looked like his boot laces were tied together.

So you thought well of him in his one start for us, then thought he was poor as a sub in another. Last season I saw him run circles round a right back currently playing in the Premiership, and would have liked to see him start a few games at least before writing him off. By all means disagree, but I don't understand why people seem upset about other posters debating him?

Be interesting to see what happens with him at the end of the season.

Looked our best signing this year to me pre-season, even though he couldn't shoot to save his life.

Not settled at all well up here and had a few family issues to deal with, maybe another crack at it next year?

If you were a winger ,would you sign for Kevin Blackwell after what he has done for the careers of ,David Cotterill ,Kyle Reid , Glen Little ,Keith Treacy ,Mark Yeates etc etc.

They're all in an exclusive club called benchwarmers united, Nathan Dyer is the treasurer.

Feckin hell you think thats me getting upset ,feck me have you got a lot to learn :p

I was simply stating an opinion that hes probably found his level ,hes good enough for that level but not much more

As for the number of games I saw him in I cant do anything about that other than make an observation based on what I saw
