What's happened to them?

We've not scored directly from a corner yet. I feel like bar Hamer scoring that one v Derby we've not scored from a free kick either. Direct or indirect.

Robbo's long throw is just funny. I don't think it's ever come to a goal.

Is it a case of without Norwood we just aren't wasting time and he's spending more time doing something else? (Assume it's not anything to do with passing patterns and ball control)

Because we could well be the worst team at attacking set pieces in this division. And that's one think in CWAK's first tenure you would never dream of levelling at us.

I can't remember the last time we scored from a corner.

Left footed Burrows taking free kicks from the right hand side was different - it didn't work though. I didn't think it would.

Putting the ball in the box never, ever leads to anything yet still taking a short corner is verboten

Why?

A really simple aspect of CWAK's first tenure, was the quick give and go throw ins on either wing that opened up other teams. Every player in our squad knew the drill and it was surprising how often it worked.
I really can't stand long throws, I feel it is the wrong approach.

We scored a goal from a JLT throw-in at BL end. Can't remember the game. Assist I think was from Souttar. That's it.

Next season we should employ the very best set-piece coach we can afford and start creating far more from the set pieces. In fact we should be so good at set pieces we actually play for them.

I really don't know waht they work on all week.

I was wishing Robinson to make as if he was going to long throw,,,,,then a player to come short at short notice just to mix things up.......but we dont its just the same owd same owd rinse and repeat plan and oppo defenders love that they know whats coming and act acordingly.

We should have at least 5 goals from corners this season. That would have us top

Souttar, Anel, Moore and others in the team, and good corner takers, and we've wasted them to the extent we have

It is incredible and it is a responsibility of the management

It’s not just that though is it. There’s nobody making any runs on set pieces. You watch Arsenal on TV. They have players at the back running to the front and vice-versa, causing mayhem. Could we at least try to do that, or something different at least.
