It seems a very modest manifesto for your supreme leader campaign., so you've got my vote.

Banning any shade of blue, in even the smallest bit of trim of any away shirt, would be good please.

Maybe move on to ending world poverty and cleaning up the planet, once you've got your feet under the table.
