If you thought Stroud wasn't great you should have seen the ref at my son's game this morning.

The phrase 'homer' was written for him. If the fact he couldn't be bothered to run at any point and clearly didn't know some laws of the game wasn't bad enough, his bias to the home side was both disgusting and laughable in equal measure.

My lad isn't a gobshite and I'd usually tick him off if he argued with a ref but even I can't bring myself to criticise him after he was sin binned for calling him a cheat.

It was that bad I'd have done the same.

May as well have been.

One quite serious incident actually. One of our players had his nuts squeezed quite hard. The days of laughing at Vinnie and Gazza are long gone.

I doubt anything will happen if reported but the lad understandably feels uneasy about it. Apart from being in pain, he feels violated.

The same player got booted on to the floor from behind effectively off the ball as the ball ran out play. According to the ref there was nothing he could as the ball was out of play.

He may as well have worn a blue shirt. Then again he was a lazy cunt so probably contributed far more as a shamefully biased ref.

I actually thought he did ok.
Got the bookings right, tried to let the game flow. He did blow for a free kick a bit early in the 2nd half when he could have let play go on when we were on the edge of their box.
Not sure if he got the pen shout right or their "HANDBALL" one correct because I haven't seen any replays, but judging by the lack of moaning about both incidents on here and Stoke's fourm he did. The Osborn one which had the kop moaning on the South stand side was correct no foul it was just Osborn being crap. The one where their defender seem to foul their goalkeeper i think Sharp may have pushed their defender into their keeper especially given Sharp never complained about the decision.

Sharp absolutely pushed the defender into the keeper. It was a clear foul. I was on the Kop and it was clear as day.

I though the ref was pretty rubbish, but honestly that was a foul. Sharp shoved the defender into him. I would have 100% given it.

I have seen loads of games Keith has refereed, I have always thought he is a very good referee, no an excellent referee. Who in my humble opinion should be in the Premiership. But I guess the Premierships loss is our gain.

If you are reading this Keith don't take no notice of some of the comments its only a small minority of fans, all clubs have them unfortunately. Although I do hear Birmingham do seem to have rather alot more of their fans that think this way.
But please don't let that effect your performance on Friday by showing any favouritism against Birmingham.
