I always find it a bit embarassing shouting ole after you string 3 passes together against Preston or Peterborough. Do it against Barcelona or PSG, go for it.

A bit like when fans sing "we're by far the greatest team, the world has ever seen" ..... while watching Tranmere or Rochdale.

It's what some Blades fans call supporting our team and creating an atmosphere. Stick around long enough and we'll do the honours against Barcelona and PSG too!

How we conceded was irrelevant: them scoring late on after our antics was almost inevitable.

i dont see the correlation between time wasting tactics and the inevitability of them scoring.
Giving away a free kick allows them to put us under unnecessary pressure.

Did you Ole against Plymouth?

I thought I did hear a few Ole’s from them in the highlights but then realised it was actually “Oh no, oh no, oh no” followed by sobbing noises & the pitter patter of trotters making for the exits.

• Shout "olé" after we string 3 passes together.
• Sing the god awful "take you're time Sheff Utd" song
• Applaud players taking it into the corner.

I'll add to this:

Defend a late pump into the box like a bunch of U12's....
There were 2-3 opportunities to get in front of the ball, something we'd done fairly well all game...

The real reasons we drew last night;

• Missed clear cut chances (Sharp header, Fleck 1 on 1)
• Lack of strength defending set pieces
• Lack of discipline all match in giving them opportunity to get the ball into the box
• Final ball from our full backs (particularly RND) when in great positions

Totally agree, it’s absolute bollocks, especially if you can’t keep it there.

Spot on - if the ball is taken into the corners, the ONLY positive outcome can be a corner in respect of running down the clock. All other options lead to the opposition getting possession back and lumping it forward and putting us on the back foot. As said previously, we don’t have the players to play keep ball around the corner flags.
