I've said for years that one ref isn't enough and you've confirmed it from a ref's POV - how can one man see everything when the linesman act like stone statues.
And don't you go correcting me to 'Assistant Refs' coz that's the last thing they do.
In the British amateur sport of Water Polo you have 2 refs so why can't you have 2 refs in the highly paid sport of professional football ?
There is so much fouling & cheating that's not picked up by one ref , just like Bamford getting strangled , it's obviously more than one ref can spot.
And please don't tell me about "any contact other than a shoulder charge" being against the laws of the game
