Fair enough to this can’t argue with a lot of it. I think it’s a touch harsh though, and the rants and getting pissed up I don’t mind. As a fan, it’s good to have a manager in where we can all absolutely tell he’s utterly desperate to succeed, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges.Turgid football, plays leagues best player out of position, JL-fuckin-T, lost 3 in a week to relegation candidates, embarrassing rants and singing pissed up, threw away autos and then threw away play off final with negative tactics
Legend for the good he’s done
Liability for his weaknesses
The narrative atm as well is that Wilder has only been successful at the Blades. This is utter nonsense. A pig tried saying it to me other day trying to be clever. He didn’t get the United job due to his legendary playing days at Bramall Lane did he. Watford is basket case of a club and he, like many Boro managers got hampered by the club selling their best players.
I have been told by a friend of a friend of wilders that he also wasn’t a fan of the negative style of play and felt he didn’t really have the squad to be more expansive (especially in midfield).
My feelings aren’t necessarily that he even should’ve stayed on, for me I just can’t stand the feeling from some supporters that they’re buzzing he’s gone, it’s very bizarre.
