Just wanted to get this off my chest but that lad should be thoroughly ashamed of himself for his behaviour on Saturday. Goes down with an "injury" as the Blades are through on goal, (well nearly!) rolls about like he was shot, takes an age to get off the pitch, flicks the V's to John Street, then sprints back on like Linford Christie.

Well done Jordan, hope you are proud son....

Shocking decision by the ref. Should only have been stopped for a head injury.

From where I was sat on the kop it was clear there was nothing wrong with him and it was an absoloutley disgraceful decision by the referee to stop the game. We were on the attack and then ended up with nothing because of a cheat.

I was sort of hoping that someone gave him something to cry about on Sat

That's the new Blades though isn't it? A bit la di da lightwieght when it comes to being bullied by the opposition
(Stevenage, Wendy, Orient, Hudds, Charlton)

Under Harry or Warnock, Much would have been clattered a few minutes afterwards for taking the piss.
Indicative of a soft underbelly I think - you can still play the passing game but be tough enough to stand up for yourself.
Souness and Whelan spring to mind in that genre.

I thought we bottled it Satdi. Not up for it. Don't like that - if you don't compete you can never win.
Not about hoof - if you pass and move you have to compete as well.

I was livid, but more with the referee than the player. Clearly not a head injury, Blades in possession in an attacking position and he stops play. Gives a bounce up and waves the player back on virtually before it reaches the ground. The player was clearly taking the piss and should either 1) been booked for ungentlemenly conduct or 2) been made to wait at least the time it took him to haul his sorry carcass off the floor before being allowed back on.

A sniper on the roof of the South Stand would have been preferable.

Absolutely agree 100%, how often do big time Premier League referees like Lee Mason turn up and put in an abysmal performance like Saturdays. That particular decision left me speechless, what a knobhead, £70,000 a year, unbelievable!!

As for Mutch, a decent ref would have left him laid on the floor, meaning one less defender to intercept the cross, so I've no problem with his theatrics.

Absolute disgrace, why can't that be looked back on by the FA seeing as though no action was taken at the time?

At Charlton, the ref left Yann Kermorgant on the floor for quite a while while play went on and guess what, eventually he got up and there was nowt wrong with him.
