I know a lot has been made in jest at us playing in this next season. But I for one would really like to see us try and win it. Might as well while we are down there (hoping it's just the one season) and we have a more realistic chance at winning this than having a half decent FA Cup run. Be nice to have a shiny paint pot in the trophy room too.

I see it as something worth having a go at. I think it's pretty unlikely that many of the kids will be given a go next year, so this is a chance to put a lot of them in there. Especially if we play some League 2 sides. And I'm desperate for something to get excited about.

Plus there isnt much point winning it because I dont think its a massive money spinner for a club like ours to go after.

I think that is one of the saddest posts I have ever seen. You'd piss yourself at us winning the Muppets Cup?

Exactly my thinking. We are going to be a League 1 team because we aren't good enough to be a championship team, we won't be there by accident, and League 1 teams compete in the JPT. We will be no different to any other team in that league.

We have to actually decide whether we want to enter it or not.

I suppose that depends on how big a squad we're going to have next season. I'd hope promotion was the main goal but I'd also like to see us win summat... even if it is the JP Trophy!

Quite right, a day out at Wembley followed by promotion would be absolutely quality!
