An honest admission.

I simply can’t stop watching you fire in THAT free kick.

Seen it over 100 times. Don’t think I’ll ever tire of it.

Saw Knilly in Handsworth the other day and he explained the whole routine was designed for Hanson to shoot. Apparently he has a cannonball shot but his niggling injury stopped it happening. Fleck got all Glaswegian in training and threatened to glass Captain Blade if he wasn't given a go.

The rest as they say, is history.

Our players reaction to the Flecky goal was priceless.
Personally, i must have seen it a thousand times. Watch Leons little jig (wide left of the screen) when John scores.

Also love his response to Duffy's goal.

Pistol hands towards the dugout.

Right up there with our best ever buys IMHO. Or should I say acquisitions given that he cost now't! :)

Our very own "Mr Assist", superb player.

I also like the way Leon gas a quick glance at the Pig Kop as he scores as if to say:
"Bully's top prize, look at what you could've won".

The contribution he makes is second to none.
Mr consistent and well rewarded for his efforts.
Thank you Mr Fleck.
His song should 've sung by our fans more than any other at the moment.

A couple of observations which have gone unnoticed by me till this morning.

As much as it grieves me to say it, the the pigs first goal was very well taken.

Leon's second - he's more than a yard behind the 2 piggy defenders when the ball is played over to him. He does incredibly well to muscle his way through.

ABSOLUTE BOY

Small detail brings so much pleasure.....after countless viewings of the wendy game, I noticed Leon's reaction when Duffy scored. Maybe not the most original but you couldn't wish for a greater display of belief from a player....if you've not seen it watch as Duffy score and Leon turns and bends his knees!

So you want me to watch it again? Go on then!

As we’re playing Leeds, I’ll mention what my City supporting mate said at the Bradford away game this time last season and that was Flecky reminded him of Billy Bremner.

I never thought much about it at the time but he does have a point, several similarities in the way they play(ed), both cracking players.

But only one of them Don Readies’ Brown Parcel Courier...

The Main Man - I think we would miss him more than any of the other heroes if he were out for a period of time. He keeps everything ticking.

Fleck - total quality in all departments. And that free kick......

Favourite reaction for me to Duffy’s goal? van Aken putting his shirt over his own head.
He knew he’d been made to look a total one & couldnt Stand watching Duffy & Leon going mental in front of the Blades.

Fancy Flecky to add to his tally tonight. Being all Billy Bremner in front of the weeds.

Good comparison ! Though only one of them was a dirty fucker.

Thought Flecky had a very average game tonight. Not seen him give the ball away so much. It shows how far we’ve come that one of our most influential players can have an off night and we still win.

I still love the bloke though !!
