Peter Eustace was an excellent footballer , one of the best the Grunters have ever had imo .

For some years after he stopped playing he ran a pub in Hope and one time , I had the pleasure of chatting to him for around half an hour .

Might be shit to watch but If I was a brum fan I would (in the short term) be very pleased that he seems to have stabilised them. I've seen a lot more shit house teams come to the lane, Norwich and Bournemouth spring to mind.

Saw something on twitter, one of our fans bemoaning the fact that Birmingham came and used the dark arts. They can't seriously be one ours, some of our greatest away days are the result of the dark arts, just take it as compliment that they saw us as the better team and resorted to those tactics, we've done the same so many times in the past, and we all laugh at the view from after because we know how much it gets fans up.

On Eustace, so what? Warnock, even Hecky sometimes have done it. Usual shit, move on. Can't ever let it get you up, when we're know for it.

I loved that - he knew what he was doing. It woke up the Forest fans as well, but it took the game out of a lull, and back into a proper fiesty encounter. Worked a treat.

Whilst you don't need me to endorse your post, I do most whole heartedly.
A better endorsee would be Ron Greenwood, believe he was responsible for Peter Eustice going to WHU.
Peter was class, probably if anything lacked a little steel.
Stuck my nose in cos, as said before, I knew him briefly late 50's we had a mutual mate, so took interest when he broke into Fowls 1st team.
