Premier league clubs, particularly the 'elite' clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea etc rarely send players that young out on loan. They tend to value the superior coaching they can (supposedly) offer to the first team experience they might gain on loan.

That added to the fact that I believe Wilder will favour adding more experience at CB than an untested prospect like Latibeaudiere, then I think "player suggestion" is about as far as this rumour will get.
