Jeffrey Schlupp

Was on trial at Man Utd last year, often features in their first team. I strongly doubt it.

In the Mail today:

Wigan are looking to sign Leicester City's versatile Jeffrey Schlupp on loan for the rest of the season as Uwe Rosler looks to reshape his squad at the DW Stadium.

The 21-year-old had an extended trial at Manchester United last season where he mainly turned out at left-back but has been playing back on the wing and scored for Leicester at Millwall on New Year's Day after coming on as a substitute.

That's that, then. Now if it had started 'Sheffield United's Nigel Clough is eyeing Leicester flop...'

Dream world. No way on the planet he would drop down to bottom of division 3.

I seem to remember us enquiring about him in the summer, and think this is definitely worth revisiting. He has made a few cameo appearances for Leicester and scored some important goals for them. Would add pace, strength and goals to our team, considering he doesn't start for Leicester, I'd like to think he's the type we should be looking at.

But what do the Foxes say?
