Is it just me - or does JCR create an immediate impact when he is on the pitch. He certainly did last night.

Within 5 seconds of him being introduced he took someone on megged them and layed the ball off. I know this seems trivial but that is the first time anyone had really attacked their defence the whole game.

His end product is not the best, sometimes is non-existent - however we all know what happens when the crowd gets excited, off their feet and behind the boys... we start to perform and be the extra man.

To round off I think he should be utilised a lot more than he currently is and can be a really vital player for us until the summer.

I think he must have a £50,000 appearance fee whenever he plays more than 5 minutes.

Unbelievable that Adkins hasn't realised his potential as an impact sub yet.
