If we can send all the loanees back I'd do it. I'd keep Soumare at a push (good skill set but needs a hell of a lot of coaching and experience which we won't benefit from). I imagine they'll be difficult to offload with us having to lose money on them

Soumare has potential but the other loanees can go back for me. Any new arrivals need to be checked by the medical team to see if they have backbones, prior to that the medical team need to be checked to see if they have any relevant medical qualifications - nursing Tom Davies back to help doesn't count.

Hopefully the owners are working feverishly behind the scenes to appoint a new DofF who will appoint a new recruitment team, a new manager and send all the loanees back (except Soumare) before sacking the present incumbents before January. New loanees will then be brought in to keep us up, thus rendering all this speculation unnecessary!

Return all the loanees except Soumare, he is already up to speed with the squad so if we are only focussing on loans, I would rather have him that bring in a different loan player in that position.

Bring in an experienced RWB or at least someone good enough to nail it down as their position in the starting XI (I would currently take Enda in that position inverted WBs anyone?)
Bring in a big ST. If One isn't up to it this season, he needs to go out on loan, he should be playing football and if he isn't ready for Championship, there's no point in keeping him in the squad.

T Davies is just going to have to be a player that when he's fit, he makes the bench. He just isn't going to be fit to be a starting XI player. We will be lucky to be able to rely on someone of that quality off the bench.

In that case, we need to bring in (another) CM. I am really nervous about Blaster's return as well, he will need easing in gently and I think his nature will be to go all out.

I’d like to see him get minutes purely on the basis he can’t be any worse than McGuinnness but I’ve not heard good reports from U21s game.

I don’t have any confidence our recruitment in January will be any better, we probably won’t buy any more AI dross but the deadline day signings and collection of oldies/ has-beens show we haven’t got a clue. And even if we could identify available talent it’s hard to imagine they’d want to come for a relegation slog.

I’d keep Soumare as we probably won’t have funds available for another CM.

I’d tell the other loans to just stay at home and not bother coming in.

Would like to see Zatterstrom, Ukaki and Nwanchukwu get some minutes before January to see what they are like.

For the latter 2 - we currently play Ogbene who can’t take a man on, defend, cross or do anything really, so if either can do that a bit better it’s worth using them. Brooks isn’t much better either but can be occasionally.

If the 3 mentioned all turn out to be shit/not ready then loan them out.

One needs a serious run before deciding on him because we currently have:
Ings - Who’s legs have seriously gone
Campbell - Who doesn’t move (I also feel is about to be injured)
Cannon - Who doesn’t seem to have a clue where he is/can’t be arsed.

Incomings - RB, striker, winger/AM.

Probably won’t be enough but might give us a fighting chance

Soumares might be different (and has also looked alright at times) as I think he was a loan with an obligation to buy IF we got promoted.

I think he’ll grow stronger this season as he gets the physical side sorted…

EAP, Totally agree with giving Zatterstrome a chance I believe hes right footed and was said to be a replacement for Anel if that's the case it would let Tanganga move to CB with Mee/Mcguiness on the left.

Would also like us to revisit Choudhury to fill in the gigantic hole left by Vini's departure, or provide a solid and functional option at RB.
