Yes but the ones with their heads screwed on take a pay cut when they leave to get game time and increase the chance of them earning even more in the future. The ones without their heads screwed on stay at the club being loaned out until they’re nearly 30. Latibeaudiere will have taken a hefty pay cut to go to Swansea last year
