Seemed pretty promising last season and was decent against Cardiff in the cup (babysitting RND at times)

It's looking like we're going with 3 centre halves, so he'd be 4th choice.

Could this be the reason why selles mentioned wanting a CB/RB , has he seen enough pre-season in baptiste to be patient with his recovery, I quite like the lad ,he's a unit plus from what few minutes I've seen him he does get his head up for a forward pass .

Not sure. Just saw that he and Sachdev were working together, separately, from the rest of the group. Given we've seen nothing of him I suspect he's at the very least a few weeks away

What in the 1 appearance,kids a big athletic unit with a decent touch and skill for a centre back some of us have watched the 21,s with interest ,others go on a few first team minutes .

I'd agree with that. He looks a bit of a step above U21s.

I know he wasn't qn "AI" signing but this is definitely to me is the good long term direction using Ai.

Sweep up talent which has potential, let our academy work.

Agree good for his development but it once again leaves us exposed at CB if injuries occur. With Anel, RND and probably JLT on his way, just where are the numbers? Tangana, Bindon and Zatterstrom isn't sufficient for a 46 game season. Godfrey may be able to provide cover but he looks destined to play RB for the season. Mee may be added at the 11th hour but even then Id argue we will be short in this key area of the pitch which we have neglected over the last few years. That neglect cost us promotion last season. If Mee doesnt happen we will struggle.

Good test for him. Not the tallest but I saw him in the flesh with the u21s on Sunday and he's very solidly built. 22 and with only a handful of mens games behind him. Time to see if he can push on

Be interesting to see which other youth players go out on loan, after Selles made a comment (in Middlesbrough press conference) how some of the youth would be loaned out while others would go back to the U23's.

Wonder where Marsh, Oné, Ukaki and Sasnauskas will go.

Bindon has been fine. And I've not seen Zatterstrom as he's not yet played for us. Good to hear you giving him a chance though?
