absolutely this! Why have no lessons been learned from last weeks disaster?
I tell you what...I don't disagree that Wright would have done a better job than that great lummox that we've made into some sort of cult hero - but when I see threads like this, going over the top about the inclusion of a 34 year old bloke who'd been released by league newcomers, Oxford United, because he was thought to be past his sell by date, it also disappoints me.

I'd bring in James Wilson too on Tuesday & go with:
Freeman - Wilson Wright O'Connell - Lafferty (or Riley)
Just to try & steady the ship. Won't harm EEL and Basham to have a rest for a while - it's a squad game, & it's a long season.
or get thi wallett out mcabe back our manager and get a decent centre back inMassively miss this guys calming influence at centre half . Think he commands respect from the others and certainly is the glue that holds the defence together . Get him back asap !
Expected him to start tonight. Will be even more surprised if he doesn't in our next game.
11 days to come up with a plan that works again now.

Jay O Shea to start over Duffy for me as well. Let's stop rewarding poor form.
