On Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder: "It is incredible what he is doing. I am looking forward to meeting him - it will be the first time. His team is really interesting.

"What they do, they do really well. They are aggressive, good pressing and then when they have the ball it is an interesting pattern when the centre-halves overlap.

"I've been in England for four years so I don't know everything historically but they are a big club and deserve to be in this league. For sure, a really great coach. Looking forward to facing his team."

Had no time for Liverpool since the '03 Worthington Cup semi followed by Gerrard's 3 penalty winning dives in 06/07.

Klopp is a fantastic manager though and one of the best personalities in the game. Its very hard to not to like the side he has built either. Was disappointed for Salah being injured for the world cup as I expected him to rip it up there.
 
I like Klopp but I can't stand Liverpool.

I don't like opposition managers giving us respect either, it's much better if we all just pretend that no-one knows about our style and that PL teams don't bother scouting future opposition!

Salah played in the world cup.

On a side note, I can't stand Liverpool, however I bloody love Klopp, makes it painful to actually like watching liverpool play.
 
Can't stand Liverpool or Klopp. He's the kind of guy north london yuppies who claim to be Arsenal fans but only watch two games a season in the pub think is brilliant.
 
Its easy saying nice things when you're fully expecting your team to walk all over us, I'd rather they slag us off than patronise us. I'll be more interested to hear his comments at about 2:30 tomorrow after we've done 'em.
 
Who are these English teachers abroad who continually teach people to start sentences with "for sure?"

I've never heard a British person start a sentence with this in my life! But every foreign manager and player in English football keep saying this in interviews.

For sure their English is better than mine at speaking other languages. But who talks like that? Seriously!

So, it's like the way that the yoof of today like talk like, get down with the kids SoB.... Actually it does my nut too in the same way that all these wankers start their sentences with 'So'... grrrrrrrrrr

Have you considered its maybe because its everyday speech in their own language and that's the way it translates into English?

That was a turning point for me too. Prior to that I used to like Liverpool and really respect them. Also in 2006/07 we were cheated twice by Gerrard.

I've nothing against scoucers though I've always found them to be down to earth folk.
 
I don't like other teams managers, fans or players cosying up to us, if you have to say anything like that keep it until after we've taken points off you.
If I could chose a game to win in the Prem this game comes second after Everton.
The only Liverpool supporting mate I have tried to start an 'anti-diving campaign' for football about 3 years ago, luckily there are several useful Youtube clips of Gerrard collapsing all over a football pitch on hand. A Man City and Arsenal fan also laughed at his campaign.

I don’t mind Klopp but between now and next weekend he can fuck off, he’s the enemy.
 
I don't get the hate for Klopp tbh. He comes across as a decent guy. Would your prefer that he said. "Yeah wish we were playing Leeds"
Also have no grudge against Liverpool. Now Stevie G can feck off though..
 
All this hate for people, places & places you don't actually know must be terribly heavy for some of you guys to carry around all the time. Klopp seems a very affable & likeable fellow, whether he is the same same when the camera's are not around I don't much care as we are not likely to become drinking buddies.
 
Thought I'd got the Klopp once, turned out to be the washing powder.
