Looking at all the guff posted around the reason for villas comeback, to me it was all the almost irrelevant stuff that gets overlooked. Bashams booking or one of the nine before,can be put down as a cause. this forced wilders hand into putting crainie in to give him much needed game time before the middlesboro game, im not blaming bash as hes been majestic this year. henderson is getting panned and all he did was get slightly too close and his arm gets trapped and unable to lift it up, yet he still has speed of thought to try with his other arm , but this was too late, goldies shot instead of a cross, no one criticised at the time as we thought it was a formality. so remember these things happen, were in a wonderful position and stop being critical just enjoy the ride

Giving Cranie a bit of game time was a good idea.

Bringing him on for Dowell and not as a straight swap for Basham was the problem, put us on the back foot and under pressure with no outlet ball.

Cranie on for Bash, Duffy on for Dowell and we close that game out in comfort.
