...I'm a 54 year old bloke and my legs are buzzing, my stomach's fluttering and my 'arris is tweaking.
Other than the extra strong curry I had last night, I can only put this down to the excitement of potentially being promoted tonight.
I've not felt like this since I was a kid!!
I don't know what to do with myself other than set off extra early to the pub......

F**k it, I'm off!

I'm looking forward to the game but I wouldn't say I'm excited about it. I have completely put it out of my head that we could win promotion tonight - because I don't think it's likely to happen. I don't think Fleetwood will lose at Oxford. They might only get a draw - but they won't lose. If we win and they get a draw it's as good as - almost - but still a bit uncertain. So I'm going to save all that nervous energy for when I next go to a game where something for definite will be confirmed.
 
I get butterflies every time I walk anywhere the Lane so tonight will feel like Albatrosses flapping around in there. Can't wait!!

That's Fleetwood who your weird feeling is about. We win - and only need a point on Sat.

We draw at Cobblers and the whole place celebrates together for Tufty and Lofty as they love them more than us.

This seasons been a breath of fresh air loved it.
Let's put promotion beyond doubt tonight.
Never thought I'd see the day day when I'd travel to Oxford and Swindon for a night match
But it's been worth every minute.
 
I wish I could feel it like so many of you seem to!

I'm just completely calm. I trust Wilder and the players 100%. Looking forward to it. We've been up for quite a while now if truth be told. I just want the win to keep us clear of Bolton.
