If Wolves win the Europa, and Arsenal will the FA Cup, and Man U beat Leicester to 4th and we nick 6th then it'll be:

CL: Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Wolves, Man U
EL: Leicester, Arsenal

England only get 7 places no matter what.

It's very unlikely that if we win all 3 we won't get in, but it is possible. In all likelyhood if we do we'll overtake Leicester and both Wolves and Arsenal winning the cups is unlikely.

If we win out last 3 we will probably finish 5th, the only way we don't is if Leicester beat Man U or its a draw, and Man U win both other fixtures (vs Palace and West Ham) and Leicester beat Spurs.
