Can hear the 'Cod Army' roar from his back garden
Well folks, it suddenly dawned on me this morning that my last post on this site was back in March 2020 and well, no-one needs me to document what has happened since then. So, footballing gods, take this as my comeback and can we please have our club back
To summarise my thoughts, it was clear we needed to upgrade a few before last season, didn't do it, and whilst the manner of our demise was a surprise to even the biggest pessimists on here, it's abundantly clear that we need a major overhaul and that's not going to happen overnight. I hope we can transition and remain competitive, and I still believe with 3 or 4 key additions we can but last night was a real hammer blow and I really don't know how the squad is going to react on Saturday. What I will say is that WBA are top and they looked nothing special at all last night so there's still hope.
