Is the Premier League boring?

Hi I'm a student who's doing a project on the Premier League, I'm just trying to do a bit of fan research to improve the project. I would appreciate if you could answer the following question:

Do you think the Premiership is boring? Are you put off watching league games because of its perceived lack of competition, with the same top 4 every year?
