I'm still buzzing from last night and don't want to take anything away from the team and staff for another remarkable achievement, but...

Just looked at the semi final dates and our fixtures around then, January looks like this:

QPR (a) FAC3
Preston (h) L1
MK (a) L1
? LC SF 1st Leg
Rochdale (a) L1
? LC SF 2nd leg
Swindon (h) L1

Seven games, three almost certainly against PL opposition and massive league games for our promotion prospects. It's one thing to say we can't afford the cups to distract us from winning league points, but that's a bunch of teams we can't really afford to give points to.

Big big month coming up next. I love the cups so hopefully Clough can juggle his squad well. One thing at least is we have a big squad with some capable kids coming through!

It's going to be a very tough month,but 'tbh' i'd rather have it like that as we seem to raise our game against the better sides,plus we have more than enough squad players to cope with it,add to that all the January transfer dealingswe'll be more than fine.All the players should be buzzing now and this should help them raise there confidence and also not let anything phase them.

Also don't forget that the other teams are not going to like playing against us,let them worry about us for a change.

We came alive in this kind of scenario last season, lets hope for a repeat.

Wonder who'll we'll get in round 4 of the FA Cup too?
