i heard watford and celtic, but not ipswich, if halford performs, i wouldnt be that gutted about him leaving, but he is very under rated, so 1 mil minimum

Rumour has it that Del does have a problem with his knees that limit his training.

Don't know if it's true but would rule out most clubs bidding.

I wouldn't sell Del* for the simple fact that we only have Halford on loan.

*Well obviously if a decent price came in and he wanted to go then that is a different matter.

Again, I'd rather keep him. If Armstrong were to go as well, that would mean a completely new back four having to get used to each other for a difficult start to the toughest division in Europe, let alone the country (not in terms of quality, obviously!).

While there will obviously have to be changes made at various times, when it comes to defence, I'd rather that they be as gradual as possible.

Naysmith, Killa, Morgs are deemed to be 3 permanent fixtures in the back 4, Geary keeps having certain injuries so others have been replacing him anyways.

Fair point, but I can see Morgs having a few spells off, for injury or suspension. I just see defrence as one area where we're covered, and I don't like to see that cover go, especially if other players are off too.

I personally don't want to see Geary go, but if a good offer came in, and from a club who is playing in Europe, then I wouldn't begrudge him going.

You're right about Morgan, that's why he should be back up to a new centre half
