Im assuming this is the article as it was posted this morning: https://www.irishmirror.ie/sport/soccer/soccer-news/republic-irelands-enda-stevens-claims-13404040

And for the unclickable:

Sheffield United have the backbone and belief to see their promotion push through, according to Enda Stevens.

The Blades made a strong start to last season but their efforts fizzed out and they eventually finished 10th.

But after 12 games this time, they are setting the pace at the top of the table with a slender point advantage over West Brom and the same again to Leeds

Stevens has tasted Premier League football before with Aston Villa soon after joining from Shamrock Rovers after the 2011 League of Ireland season.

But since then he dropped all the way down to League Two with Portsmouth before fighting his way back up the leagues.

The Ireland defender said: "We've had a good start to the season. We’re sitting nicely on top of the table.

“We had a slow sort of start but we knew that the quality was there to get the season going.”

And Stevens - who is playing as a left wing-back with fellow Irish international John Egan one of the three centre-backs - is convinced they can last the distance.

“Yes I am because the squad we have now is a lot stronger," he said. “There's competition for places all over the place and we've added quality to the team.

"We just want to achieve something this season. Our manager (Chris Wilder) is ambitious and that rubs off on us.

“He didn’t want a season when we finished mid-table and it fizzled out. It ended up happening that way but we challenged right down to the end.

“It was only in the last two or three games that we mathematically could not get into the play-offs."

“So we were really, really disappointed at how last season ended. Now, this season, we want to put things right, learn from what happened and finish really strongly."

And Stevens feels centre-back Egan - who is a contender to partner Shane Duffy against Denmark on Saturday - is central to their ambitions.

Like Stevens, Egan has just the three caps but the Dubliner said of him: "John has settled in well and made the position his own.

He's great on the ball so he sits there and keeps things going. He’s a defender first but he reads the game well and he has settled in brilliantly.

"It's a back three and I enjoy it, it suits me and suits the way that we play. We like to play on the front foot, the wing backs get high up and we put pressure on the opposition.”

Might meet up if you're open to another :p

Also depends, I don't do bankers draft :p

Probably the Grapes mate these days. Unless I've missed something I assume you're referring to Anne. She just has the Grapes these days. The Dog is a shadow of its former self. Went in the other Saturday night and there was about half a dozen in.

If you go in the Grapes Saturday night after a home game you'll likely bump into our gaffer too :)

Dog and Partridge is about as Irish as Tony Cascarino now.

Have you tried the Grapes next pub down on Trippet Lane from the Dog. The Irish landlady there used to have the Dog but sold it and moved into Grapes (which she also owned). The Grapes mainly Irish clientele migrated there with the landlady.
The Guinness in the Grapes is excellent.

Best pint of Guinness in Sheffield - Grapes as mentioned & good Irish clientele (& good for the auld sing song)
Also the newly formed GAA teams (men & ladies) are based from there
Also as mentioned frequently visited by the gaffer
