Very high tempo which make me believe we may see a complete different reaction from the team on Sunday. If we do, then let's just hope it lasts through to the end of the season and beyond.

Come on; I haven't come across anyone who could understand what he was on about, what makes you think the players were any different?
Anyhow, I'm a glass half full type of guy and what I saw in that clip gives me some optimism. Time will tell though.

I haven’t watched previous sessions, so don’t have anything to compare it to, but found that really interesting and thought that some of the players looked genuinely surprised at the tempo, which maybe gives a clue as to what’s been missing this season.

Maybe I’m old school but a bloke who swears, isn’t afraid to tell players what’s what & can whistle with his fingers like that gets my vote.
Get the feeling he’ll take no shit now the job is his. Will it last 4.5 years? Who knows.

The tempo has been there among some of our attacking players but at the back and midfield it hasn't.

If you hear what Hecky is saying when he talks to the players: Getting that final fucking ball in to the box properly, damn right!

When they were all at it towards the end of the session he gave them all encouragement too. Bollock them when they are wrong like he did to Rhian but encourage when they get it right.

I think the idea of 4 years plus is he may move back to youth coach , if they bring some else in at any stage ?

Just watched it now. Two moments stuck out to me. "You lose the ball, you're not bothered. That's going to change" and "brilliant! Train like that. You look like football players"
