We seem to be doing great on discipline under Wilder even though we get stuck in. The same goes injury wise given thay we don't hold back in the tackle. I s it because of instructions from Chris and Alan , or have we been lucky to avoid these setbacks?

Chris wilders first signing, if you like, was Matt Prestridge, a sports scientist he worked with at Northampton, to lead the fitness and medical department. The amazing fitness of the players (allowing us to score and perform so late on) and the lack of injuries is largely down to him, and the foresight of Wilder.

On the disciplinary front I think it's because we just have a lot of sensible players who don't become frustrated on the pitch. Sharp has probably been the one that shows his frustration more clearly (e.g. his yellow at Peterborough a week ago) but the rest haven't really. I did think after seeing Fleck's debut that he would be guaranteed of a few red cards – hasn't happened.

Injuries-wise, I think it's a combination of decent training and good fortune. Clarke and Chapman aside, nobody has picked up any serious injuries over the course of the season – none of the core first team. That's quite remarkable, but then Coutts aside we have a starting XI of players that haven't had a particularly bad history with injuries.
